Re: Screen delamination MZD connect.
Yes, my screen is gradully delaminating top middle edge, asked Mazda and they said the cost would be over £1K to replace screen - I declined! Not too bothered to tell you the truth.

Re: CX3 rear seatbelt problem
My 2016 also failed the MOT last Monday with non retracting seatbelt issue, before I could ask I was told Mazda pay 100%, ordered for next day then I tested +'ve for covid before I could get it back to them . Due back in tomorrow for replacement and re-test, I *may* question the re-test fee s...

Re: I-stop flashing.
I had noticed over a period of time (year or so) that our i-stop had not worked for ages - no warnings, car started 1st time every time even in the cold.... until it didn't! One day, car started in the morning fine, used for an hour or so, then went to start it and... nothing, just a dim dashboard d...

Re: Key fob battery
Not sure if it’s a coincidence or not but only started having trouble when I started using a faraday bag to keep them in. We use Faraday bags and have not noticed any fob battery problems. IIRC 12 months is recommended for battery replacement? With my VR6 I noticed the fob battery would fail very q...

Re: 100% TROUBLE FREE, 6 YEARS NOW.
Unfortunately in my part of the country 3 Mazda dealers have closed or lost their franchise in the last 6 years and they've never been replaced :( Sorry to hijack a thread but.... @st3v3cx-3 not sure where in the SE you're located, but my local Mazda dealer in Crayford - Bourne Road Garage - is a f...

Call Mazda First???
Hi, not been here for ages, shows how reliable Mazda motors are perhaps? ;) I've used 'Call Mazda First' before for a non fault claim when we were shunted up the rear and I couldn't fault the service, but now my wife managed to scrape the passenger side of the CX3 (both front and rear doors) against...

Re: Keys locked in car!
Can happen when keys are placed too far away from transponder which picks up the signal from keys. More likely to happen when battery needs replacing in key. I checked the manual re transponder and there's 2 - front and rear of car so the entire interior is covered, as for keyfob battery, it's the ...

Keys locked in car!
Wife unlocked our car with the driver side door 'button', opened the drivers side rear door and put her handbag (with keys) onto rear seat whilst putting another item on the floor behind the drivers seat... then closed rear door... realised she needed to retrieve her bag so went to re-open the rear ...
