Hi if you don't require a jack why do they put a jack lever in ?

Hi just noticed while we have been on lockdown and have been washing my car 2015 model myself that my 2 front alloys have started blistering anybody know how much it costs to have them re- vamped

Just to let you all know I got in touch with Mazda had to take my car to a mazda garage to have the seat belt checked and I got a phone call later the same day to book my car in to get seat belt replaced for free .Thanks mazda thanks everyone for your input
