Re: stop start issue

I've heard of others having issues after they've recharged the battery. The car gets confused and doesn't know the correct power level of the battery.
But look at the app in the infotainment system as Percy247 suggests and see if it's the battery, engine or a/c which isn't ready.

Re: DAB+

The CX-3 has had DAB+ since it's introduction.
Here in Denmark we switched from DAB to DAB+ in 2017 and my old CX-3 from 2015 worked fine.

Re: I-stop flashing.

Could be simpy the battery (how old is it?).
Have you checked the info page in the infotainment system to see what the error description is (it should write something when you get the triangle light)?

Re: Sold the CX-3

Sounds like you had a great experience with the CX-3. Hope the new CX-30 is just as enjoyable. Be interesting to hear in due course how it compares to the old car. Great choice of colour on the new car ;) I did, my CX-3 was great. And if they still made the CX-3 or one of similar size, we would hav...

Sold the CX-3

I've just sold my CX-3.
It was a great car for the 7 years and 241,000 km I had it.
But it as time to move on to something newer.

So, yesterday, I picked our brand new CX-30 2,0 150hp aut. Cosmo w. TechPack in Artic white :)

I'll still be hanging around though, as I loved my CX-3.

Re: Odd faults

1. I don't have adaptive lighting myself (only the swiveling lights) but have you checked the setting in the infotainment system? It can be turned on/off in there. 2. Have your lights checked, they may be set too low. On my CX-3 they were a bit low from the factory. 3. Sounds like iStop was activate...

Re: Headlamp replacement (2015 CX-3 in UK)

AFS (swiveling headlights) has been used on xenon lights for the past 20 years. Some, like Mazda, also use it on LED headlights. ALH is a much more advanced LED headlight with several leds for the high beam (also called matrix er segment LED headlights). With AFS there is still only one LED for high...

Re: 4th service cost

Oil capacity should be in the manual, I found it on page 9-7 in my English manual from 2015.
It doesn't mention brake fluid capacity though.

Re: 4th service cost

Much appreciated as always Julian :) Just thought of something else - Is it only Mazda service techs that can reset the service display/wrench symbol ? Thanks. edit : What engine oil do folks on here recommend for the CX3 ? You can do that yourself. Just go in to the service app in the infotainment...

HouseSpider wrote: Sun Oct 17, 2021 4:58 pm If you use the other button/stalk to the top left of the instrument panel it will change both between km & miles. Or at least it does on my model.
It's only a feature on cars for markets which uses miles (US/UK).
CX-3s sold on mainland Europe (and else where) doesn't have the feature.
