Good recommendation, thanks. I've got the Toyo Gripless fitted on my CX-3. Car abandoned at the bottom of a hill due to an inch of snow. It says 4WD on the back of my car but you could have fooled me. Used to have a Q3 Quattro with Michelin Cross-Climates. Used to soar up that hill, muttering 'Snow?...

I didn't realise that anyone bothered to use i-Stop. I just wish I could switch it off permanently.

Appreciate this old thread for confirming what I now realise is yet another example of penny-pinching by Mazda. Especially as I got stuck with a filthy windscreen and no water. For the last twenty years and on all my previous cars, a low washer level warning light was fitted. Different manufacturers...
