Re: Which colour?

I chose the solid colour Arctic White, not to save money but because a solid colour is more durable than a metallic, and is easier to touch up should it be necessary. I also had SafeGard paint protection applied by the supplying dealer before taking delivery. Only one tiny stone chip (on the bonnet...

Re: Which colour?

Hi Ju, I had a Soul Red model for 2 years, didn't do a lot of miles in it, but it did end up with a few chips. I bought a new Eternal Blue model in January so I haven't done a lot of miles. So far no chips! My MX5 is Soul Red, but I had a Diamond Brite coating put on it. It's almost 4 years old and ...

Re: So Called "Automatic" Handbrake

If you mean the automatic hold foot brake then no I'm not having any issues with it. As long as I put enough pressure on it then it comes on and stays on without any issues. No the auto hold works perfect, it's the electric handbrake As far as I know my handbrake is working okay, but I have an auto...

To AndyRen.

Excuse my ignorance but what is a TSB?
I believe that is a Technical Service Bulletin which manufacturers issue to their distributors advising them of the issues and how to proceed with diagnosing and fixing the fault.

Re: New Member - Also query re: auto headlights and auto windscreen wipers not functioning

Hi Peter and welcome to the forums. I think both sensors are located in the magic box behind the mirror. Have you checked that the windscreen is clean where the sensors are located? If that is clear then maybe it's a connection problem.

Re: New CX-3

Hi there! I've had my new CX3 just over a week now and I am loving it but does anyone find the 120bhp petrol engine is really noisy on cold start up? I've come from a 1.2 Juke where I never really noticed the engine noise differ between cold and warm starts. I did notice it on my first CX-3, but I ...

Re: Upgrade Sport Nav Manual to Sport Nav + Auto

I've been playing with the manual position over the last few days. As long as I'm not overly aggressive the dash indicates to change up when at about 1900 rpm. I can only presume this is when the auto box changes up. This is allowing for acceptable acceleration. I test drove a manual petrol at the ...
