Re: Air Con fail and fix
Mrbluesky: I may as well copy and paste your comments as this is identical to my experience yesterday at Portsmouth Mazda. They cant look at my car for a week. A technician will view the car to do a fault finding analysis at a cost of £69, if a defect is identified that is considered to be a warrant...

Re: Rear screen water wash pump
My CX-3 has just come back from the dealer after 4 days on it’s 3rd visit over a 3 week period for the rear wash not working. Visit 1 was unable to detect the reason for the fault through general electrical circuit checks and OBD investigation. Visit 2 was to remove the front bumper for a more in de...

Re: B pillar door trim
Anchorman: This illustration detail is just what I wanted. I’m not to pleased to see double sided tape thrown in there, but that’s why it’s important to know what your facing before you start a job. Many thanks for the info and welcome back from the sunshine state.

Re: B pillar door trim
A very nice nieghbour leant at arms length against my car during conversation “as you do” and gouged a 4cm scratch in the blackout trim with his metal watch strap. Visually most wont notice, but “The I know it’s there syndrome” means I want to sort it. The scratch I can repair “I think” but need the...

Re: B pillar door trim
Thank you DaveG. Hopefully I intend to reuse the existing b post blackout trim if I can repair satisfactorily. If I can’t, i may recover with 4D vinyl. Its removing them where I’m short of knowledge and require the assist of the forum if possible.. Any written guidance or PDF diagrams would be of im...

Re: B pillar door trim
Reading this post with interest as I need to remove outer driver trim cover. From JTs diagram it appears these are pull off parts, prising away the 3 clips. Does anyone know if this is easy or if the clips break on removal? Does anyone have pdf files of the removal/fit process? Thanks.

Re: Rear Washer Jets
If it is just the 1 motor that feeds both ends, it would appear that a) a wire is not connected for rear, b) a faulty motor, or c) the steering control arm could be faulty at the REAR “twist turn” as all’s well with the motor when called into action for the front screen. One for the dealer to sort I...

Re: Rear Washer Jets
I have used my REAR wiper successfully many times in the past 10 months from purchasing new, but have only tried the REAR washer for the first time today 13/12/2017 and nothing has happened. I have the engine on tick over, the front jets work fine, the rear jet(s) nothing, not even that whine from a...

Re: MPG
I have written on this issue back in March when I purchased my CX-3. I mentioned back then I was getting well over 50mpg which brought about a few comments of disbelief. I can now report 6 months later and now coming up to 6000m that I am consistently getting over 50mpg according to the computer. I'...
