Re: Power Seats

Yep, love the memory seats on ours as Mrs T is much shorter than me, and I can barely get in the car with the seat in her position. Easy fix ... open door, press button 2,wait for a bit until the seat winds far enough back that I can squeeze my gangly legs in!! Not totally sure but it might also cha...

Re: Auto high beam - puzzled on how it's supposed to work

@jtonline ... sorry, been absent for a few weeks but yes, you are completely correct. We booked the car into the dealership and actually, their tech was puzzled, went back to Mazda and it is exactly as you describe. In his words “Mazda haven’t done a very good job in being clear what Adaptive LED he...

Re: Auto high beam - puzzled on how it's supposed to work

There's a green light showing HBA when it's turned on (it look like the blue one but with an A in it). The blue light should then only be on when high beam is on and off when high beam is off. It works perfectly in mine and I can't remember when someone has actually flashed me. This is the ‘issue’....

Re: Auto high beam - puzzled on how it's supposed to work

Thanks anchorman ... it certainly explains how the system works, but seems to be missing any info about the blue high beam indicator in the cluster that seems not to follow the apparent action of the system. I wonder, reading this, whether my forward looking camera is misaligned a bit. When we bough...

Auto high beam - puzzled on how it's supposed to work

Picked up my wife's Sport Nav with the Safety Pack back in July, but haven't driven it much in the dark until recently. Even though the safety pack doesn't specifically state, ours does have Auto High Beam, or High Beam Assist. But I'm struggling to understand how it is supposed to work, especially ...

Re: Hello from Somerset

Thanks chaps. Oooh, the other thing we optioned was the auto-dimming (and compass) rear view mirror. Definitely worth the small extra cost as I'd never realised that the Nav system doesn't actually show you your compass direction and the dimming function works perfectly. Only minor criticism is that...

Re: Hello from Somerset

Well, finally got our Sport Nav ... Mrs T is very pleased with it. We have today picked it up from the detailer who has done a full 'new car correction' and applied the GTechniq paint protections... looking very smart now. 34C57160-A5CD-4007-B7DA-B13A846E72AC.JPG 6B9FA6A3-5056-4706-8363-87E5523978D7...

Re: Sport Nav alloy wheels?

Ah, excellent. Many thanks for that.

Well, the insurance is about £250 so cheaper to buy a new wheel then 😄

Would be helpful if Mazda put that up on the spec when you configure the car, or indeed show it in the brochure (paper or on-line).

Sport Nav alloy wheels?

Just sorting out the various insurances on our CX-3 Sport Nav which we should be soon to pickup. One thing we always arrange is alloy wheel cover but the policy excludes Diamond or Laser Cut alloys. Talking with the dealer, he doesn't know if they are diamond cut but thinks they might be as they hav...

Re: Wait time after placing order.

Well, you may jest but ... originally the Meteor Grey was being replaced with Machine Grey on the updated cars ... then it went back to Meteor ... I bet they are making most of them in Soul Red as almost every CX-3 I've ever seen has been in that, with the exception of a few in white. Takes too long...
