Re: Empty plug under door panel

I would guess it is something to do with the auto door locking when moving off, but not fitted to UK spec cars.

Re: MY Mazda app

The app on my phone works fine. I can see all the cars details and info of service etc. The Mazda toolbox also works for map updates. The website "Mazda My Way" under the "garage" section doesn't seem to work anymore. Strange....

Re: Bouncy ride

Is it a new car? If so check the tyre pressures, dealers are well known for delivering cars with highly inflated pressues.

Re: New Member ... with a question!

You will also find in the online full user manual that reference is made many times to "certain models only". What they really mean is " certain markets only". The spec varies from market to market. Australia may get it but it doesn't mean we do.

Re: Question about Oil

In the scheme of things a litre of genuine oil is not expensive. I bought a litre when I got the car, 10,000 miles ago, and have only added half a litre. Seeing as a tank of petrol is fifty quid, oil is cheap.

Re: Bleep when opening door

When you say engine is off, is it completely off or has the engine switched off because "i-stop" is in operation ?

I have had this when pulling up on my drive, i-stop has activated and on opening the door there is a warning beep.

Re: New Purchase

Thanks for the Info Stangways. I’m not sure a 2L petrol is good for me, a tad too much for what I’d be using it for. 👍 Not sure what you mean by a tad to much. If it is the 2 litre engine you can drive it as gently as you wish. As mentioned above the mph is quite good.... and easier to sell in the ...

Re: Considering a CX-3 for my next car

Hi Trewithy the 2015 model you drove was one of the earlier ones. The later ones have more soundproofing. My Sport Nav has lumber suport. As for road noise after the first few weeks once the tyres bedded in I really don't find noise a problem. It really is a great car and you won't regret having one...

It will stay on longer in the winter as the coolant is starting at a much lower temperature.

CX-3 in most was perfect but circumstances change, in two years time when they move it from the 2 to the 3 platform and get the new engine onboard I will revisit.

Plus I get drive off door locking and a sunroof in the mean time 😁😀
the sunroof would be a real bonus.
