Just had my 50k service today. All OK. Main points were: Original tyres between 3.7 & 3.9 mm tread left. Car went in for it's service today and I was initially given a Honda Jazz as a courtesy car. I wouldn't accept it. Eventually the garage rearrange the cars so I got the CX-5 I requested. My firmware is 59.00.545 so yours seems to be an outdated one.
I use a 32GB usb drive which doesn't give any problems.

I've asked what the options are and booked the CX-5 rather than the Mazda2 for my next service. Hope they keep to their word.

It might be worth trying again. The web site has only recently ( within the last week or two) come on line. I used my old username & password which were still valid. However I can only get on from my PC but not yet via my phone and phones browser.
