Re: DRL's

I also think the rear lights should be on as part of DRL. I have the auto lights and have them set on the most sensitive settings. They still don't come on when you wish them to in the daytime, especially when raining and on a motorway. I do think a good idea would be to link the headlights to the a...

Re: Whats the real MPG

I did get an improvement but cannot remember by how much. At most I think it was 10% but probably closer to 5%. But that extra torque probably helps with the way I'm currently driving my car rather than when I first had it done.

WP_20180816_06_41_16_Pro.jpg WP_20180814_06_37_51_Pro.jpg I’ve recently changed fuel from standard Tesco to Tesco Momentum. A quick calculation shows that whilst the cost increase is about 4%, the mpg improves by 6%. I have also compared the following: The mpg recorded by the car, and the mpg calcu...

Re: Considering a CX-3 for my next car

I have an auto petrol with Toyo tyres. The auto box is great , I commute 120 miles a day, and whilst it took me a while to get the seat right it's comfortable - just a problem when the mechanics move it during services. The tyres seem to be getting quieter with age & wear. But there have been a few ...

Re: Mazda Tow Bar for CX3

I have read the Alko stabiliser is suitable for detachable and swan neck towbars. I have also measure the clearances that mine has. The ball is 75mm off the rear bumper and the depth is more than adequate to achieve the 60mm shown on the following document: http://www.al-ko.co.uk/edit/files/handbook...

Re: DAB Text

Mine is 56.00.513 for a 17 plate. Have a few issues with the OS that are repetitive but not a wholesale failure. Taking out the map sd card and re-inserting (taking into consideration switching off & on etc), or waiting 15 minutes for it to reboot several times normally see it back in operating mode...

Re: Wing mirror :(

I've had it for the last 10 months. They don't seem to understand what TPS, GDPR, Data Protection etc mean for them. I have reported one persistent caller to the ICO and it all went quiet.
I also block the number on my phone which works quite well.
