Re: Automatic speed adjustment according to traffic signs shown in the Sat Nav and HUD

The CX-5 can do this as part of the radar/adaptive cruise control, it isn’t perfect though. I don’t believe the new CX-3 has this iirc.

Re: Finally got Apple CarPlay today

The CX-5 projects on to the windscreen it is a lot easier to read than the CX-3, but I find Waze unusable with Android Auto as it is all blue and when you are trying to select a function it outlines in blue.... almost impossible to see, when driving forget it, it is impossible to see as it would tak...

Re: Mazda CX-3 iStop - problem or no problem?

I have Ctek mx5 which has a AGM mode, so it wasn’t a problem, just I know a some folks have had issues with iStop until the battery had a good charge up. Re: Mazda CX-3 iStop - problem or no problem?

I wonder if this is worth a try? If you have a car battery charger, put it on charge until the charger indicates it is fully charged, then take the CX-3 for a run and see if iStop kicks in almost straight away.

Re: CarPlay finally

Great photo, you just plug into the usb with the white phone symbol and away you go, you can swap between the Mazda or CP/AA with a icon on screen, iirc when you plug in it just asks if you want to use CP/AA

Mine is Android Auto so it is just a guess on the Car Play side of things.

Re: Boot storage

For skinny spares, try here https://www.thewheelshop.co.uk/space-sa ... mazda-cx-3

Then read JT’s website for how to extend the retaining bolt, buy the foam from Mazda and you are all set :)
