Re: smart brake warning light

The smart brake system has baffled me for two years. I can select the system to on using the menu. The warning light comes on if the screen is frosty or very wet. I usually give the screen a rub and it goes off. I've looked behind the Mazda badge and the is no electronic device there. The smart war...

Re: New member

Hi Iceman and welcome to the forums.
That MPG can't be correct. Even if you haven't reset it as MJC says, I would have expected it to be showing a lot better than that.
As JT says the window not clearing water is a bad design.

Re: CX3 Forsale

Hi Steve,
Is it that hard to leave

Your old CX-3 looks very nice and has a relatively low mileage. However the 2019 model was a major step forward much more like your CX-30, but with a bit better performance. :D

Hope you are enjoying it.

Re: Will my mobility scooter fit in the boot?

My wife has a mobility scooter and there is no way you will get it in the back even if you could lift it.
As MJC says you need a purpose designed car for a mobility scooter. The other alternative is to buy a small fold up scooter just for that purpose.

Re: reversing sensor stopped working after bumper replacement

If you have a bumper or sensors replaced, the sensors must be re-aligned using a special rig. If they are not aligned correctly they won't work properly. When my bumper was replaced the dealer had to borrow one from Mazda as their rig had been damaged while on loan to another repair shop. I think it...

Re: Istop warning!

I don't keep checking it, but I know it stopped the engine for 9 hours in the first 5000 miles. It would have been more than that, but I hadn't followed the instructions.

Re: Istop warning!

But on a manual CX-3 I don't find i-Stop to be a problem in any way whatsoever. I ts real function isn't to save you money but to save 1500 litres of exhaust gases being pumped into the atmosphere every minute the car sits in neutral with the engine running. I don't find it a problem on an automati...

Re: Steering notch?

I think it is the G-Vectoring trying to stop jerky movements of the steering.
