Re: Auto Lights Setting

I'm with MJC on this, I don't use them for safety reasons either. I once had them on auto and they turned themselves on. The guy waiting to pull out of a side road thought I was indicating to him and pulled straight out in front of me. Needless to say I will never use auto lights again.

Re: Forum members air con experience

33 degrees inside a car in LEEDS :o That must be some sort of record! Are you sure it wasn't set on heating? :D

Re: Hi all!

Hi Dan and welcome to the forums. Sorry I can't help with waiting times, my first one was second hand and this one was in stock.
There have been a few threads on here about waiting times so somebody is bound to respond. I'm sure however long it takes it will be worth it!

Re: Forum members air con experience

I wasn't aware of this being a common problem. I am on my second CX-3 and the air con worked fine on both. With both the fan and air outlets set to auto, and the air con switched on, the fan speed should vary depending on the selected temperature. The fan will never blow at its maximum airflow unles...

Re: New Mazda CX-3 GT Sport Nav+ Limited Edition

It's O K but won't be replacing mine until the new Skyactiv X engine is available. I'm getting the impression that the CX-3 won't get the Skyactiv X. I think that will go in the CX-30 and the CX-3 will be discontinued. Having said that, the CX-30 looks like a suitable replacement even if it is a bi...

Re: Gearbox a little clunky

I agree, that for an automatic gearbox, it does the job very well. However I would go back to a manual box if I didn't have my manual MX5. I find the auto keeps you too remote from what the car is doing. I just enjoy the more positive feel you get from a manual box which can't be replaced by an auto...

Re: PETROL

I never use cruise control, I use my right foot, it saves on average around 5% in fuel by not using it.

Re: Gearbox a little clunky

Mazda did design their gearboxes that way so that you get the feedback. Part of the Jinba ittai (horse and rider as one) design philosophy.
However if you feel it is excessive it might be best to get a dealer check it out for you.

I'm still awaiting my lotto win, but when I do I will get you a replacement. In the meantime I wish you all the best!
