Re: Voice control
Has no one else suffered this at all - can be quite random of course and if you don't use the voice control you would never know. I wonder if the 'Loading Voice Activation' text at top of the screen at start-up is relevant? ie if it doesn't show then it won't work - Does show then it definitely *wi...

Re: DRL's
This is the first car I have owned with DLRs-I can't quite get used to the need. I can easily tell if I need lights in the daytime and in every other previous car I have owned have been perfectly capable of switching them on or off according to weather, time of day etc. Yesterday though, I felt unc...

Re: Extended warranty
I got an unprompted letter last week with a pin code and details of how to get a quote from Mazda, my warranty expires on Sept 9th. I logged on as they suggested, got the quote and accepted it, the whole thing was done and dusted and the documentation available in about 15 minutes. Did you get a go...

Re: Engine Shut Down
<t>Just had an embarrassing experience at the Toll Booth of the Tyne Tunnel. Had to be pushed clear of the traffic lanes because the entire ignition system had shut down. Only warning light showing was the Key Warning Light. Does anyone know the correct way to re-set the ignition? It may be useful ...

Re: Cruise Control speed setting 1 mph out.
Mine has been 1mph out since it was brand new and has never changed in nearly 3 years, so I don't think this is true at all. I just live with it.Strangways wrote: ↑Mon May 14, 2018 10:43 am The difference in readings is probably due to the variation in tyre circumference which will be affected by tyre wear and tyre pressure.

Re: Air Con fail and fix
Can anyone confirm that their air con was good at clearing a misted windscreen before it failed? My air con failed last month and is booked in to be looked at on 14th May but I always felt that it was pretty useless at clearing the screen anyway. I have a 13 year old Mazda 3 with aircon that needs ...

BTW, reading the manual won't help. Try searching on MZD Connect Global Voice Commands or follow this infotainment.mazdahandsfree.com/files/Mazda_GlobalVoiceCommand.pdf Brilliant just need her to understand by northern accent :) Unfortunately your link doesn't quite work. This is the actual file :)...

Re: What updates for the New 2019 CX3 would you like.
LOL. Why do you want an off button? The radio is just one part of the infotainment system, which only powers down when you turn the ignition off. If you want an almost blank screen with no sound, you can just mute the radio and say "Display clock". Every day is a school day.I tried the ab...
