Apparently it is not a legal requirement, however it may influence an insurance claim if you put a baby in the front seat, have an accident and the sticker has been removed.

Re: Annoyances

Had a funny one yesterday. Got a sound like there was a bird trapped in the nearside panels when I got above 60 mph; drove me nuts until I realised the nearside passenger window was open about a quarter of an inch!

No it's not, it uses the same sensor as the Adaptive Lighting and the Lane Departure according to the manual; that's why I wondered if it's just a software switch.

Re: Annoyances

I've got a slight knocking noise as well, I also thought it was the seat belt, but it's not. Mine does it when the seat belt is in use. It's coming from the passenger seat or the panels (which are a bit plasticy round there). So I'm going to have to take it back for an investigation. Oh, you need t...

Re: Automatic fold in side Mirror Kit C850-V7-650A

So the kit would just save me from turning the knob when I get in and out; I'll save my money, can't see the point in that one. Me neither. I'm in no hurry for that mod. I'd rather have the dimming mirror and the skid plates. What I have been wondering is whether the auto dipping headlights would r...

Re: Coolant level.

Hi Anchorman, just checked mine and it looks like Gus's but the car isn't stone cold. I'll take another look in the morning; if I remember!
Checked again and it's about 1 cm below the full mark, I think I can live with that for now.

Re: Automatic fold in side Mirror Kit C850-V7-650A

The auto folding mirrors wouldn't work for me, the car only just fits in my garage and I need to close the mirrors when I squeeze it in. From what I've read the mirrors would unfold and clout the wall when I come to drive it out again - or can the automatic bit be overridden?
