How short a distance run did you do? I had it a few years ago in a Mazda 5 where I just drove it out of the garage, then back in a while later and next time I went to use the car it wouldn't start. The Mazda recovery man just pushed the accelerator pedal to the floor and wound it over until it start...

I tried it a few years ago and I got better fuel consumption. When it was around 6p per litre more expensive it made economic sense to use it but now it seems to be between 10 and 12 ppl which is ridiculous so I'd rather sit in a queue for a few minutes rather than be ripped-off by a fuel company.

It was................That's what happens with "auto-hold" but shouldn't happen with the EPB.

It should work as Turbo says. No different to a manual handbrake............The steeper the hill needs more revs just the same. On a very steep slope you need to be confident that it will release as the back of the car squats down a fair bit, but if you keep engaging the clutch it will release and t...
