Re: Folding door mirrors
Forgive this simple piece of advice-have you tried squirting that ultra super thin oil into the slats when shut-then again when open….do not be economical…easy to wipe excess afterwards

Re: Blank infotainment screen
Try holding down the Back,Nav and Volume mute keys all together ? I believe this causes a re-boot.....also I found searching this forum keying in "information screen" useful to identify others reported experiences and solutions

Very interesting JTOnline-but yes--I am sure Mazda will safely complete the fuel pump recalls as soon as they can.

Re: CX3 Fuel pump recall
Re Ed1943's post- I would agree that "recalls" are a matter between the Mazda dealer and the customer. The customer should not be expected to have to contact Mazda HQ by-passing the dealer. Thats is- I am assuming- that Vospers is a Mazda dealership. Another point- like my own car --this i...

Re: CX3 Fuel pump recall
My vehicle is currently booked to have this done by dealer on a date offered by them of 9/3. It conveniently and ideally coincides with annual service and statutory MOT. Dealer has advised that fuel pump may well not have arrived by then-so it looks like 2 visits to dealership ( an hour+ away) one t...

Dip stick--watch out, remember to FULLY CLICK in.
Checked my oil level at the weekend and saw I was on minimum. Thought about it, then did it again a little later and noticed I had forgotten to fully insert the stick till it CLICKED IN . Obviously I did the same a month ago ( my routine).
Oil at normal full level on second check!
Phew!

Re: battery!
Does a battery last LONGER if a car is used daily for at least an hour or so or an obvious big trip? I only ask since last year dozens of motorists , if not thousands, hardly used their vehicles at all from March till July-and december till March 2021-hence a shorter battery life?
