Re: SIDE WINDOW VISORS

That picture above is possibly a bit misleading, as they appear too dark, if they're similar to the Climair they're no darker than the windows themselves.

Re: OEM tyres

Hmmm strange, apart from the '40A' being £3 cheaper than '40' the at Tyres Guru there 'appears' to be no difference?!

Re: Autodimming mirror

I have auto dimming in my MX5, after fastening the seat belt, I switch off the auto dimming. It's just about as dangerous as the auto lights. I guess most people are waiting for self driving cars to become acceptable so they can sit back and get taken to their destination, like taking a train, bus ...

Re: Two coolant top up's under the bonnet??

Cheers JT (again!), the air-con remarks were somewhat tongue in cheek having done a few refrigerant/chiller courses during my time in BT ;) I had an feeling the power steering was electric being a bit twitchy - something to get used to. How annoying to arrive for a test drive.... For the wrong vehic...

Re: Two coolant top up's under the bonnet??

Thanks once again JT, 2 top up's for the coolant then, weird (to me).
I couldn't think for one second the air-con was a simple top up cap! Kyoto Protocol etc! ;)

So, I assume the power steering is electrical?

You'd think the sales staff have *some* idea as to where to put engine etc fluids!

Two coolant top up's under the bonnet??

As the heading says - Under the bonnet there's one pipe with a radiator cap for 'engine coolant' (OK, fine) and another small radiator type cap for 'coolant', I mentioned it to the sales person and she just said she thought it was for the air-con??? (she also said the brake/clutch reservoir was for ...
