Re: Cleaning - just a bit of fun.

It reminds me to top up the washer fluid and check the other levels, not that they have ever needed toppi...

Re: Noise!
It seems that Mazda are not alone in having noise issues with Bridgestone Turanza tyres. I have just read a review of the BMW X-1 which includes the following statement "Complaint of significant road noise from Bridgestone Turanza tyres".

Re: Vandals scratch car
There seems to be a lot of envy in society today, which sometimes manifests itself in acts of vandalism. You have a smart new car but the vandal almost certainly does not, so he or she takes out their frustration by causing criminal damage to your property. The infuriating thing is that unless the v...

Re: Car cleaning
The best protection for the bodywork is a garage - There they all were this morning [the neighbours], scraping the frost off their windscreens while I got the car out of the garage and drove away. Zoylander. Wait until (one day perhaps) you invest in a quintessential English stone built cottage, in...

Re: CX-3 Sat Nav
I am a great believer in keeping things as simple as possible, so I did not opt for Mazda's SatNav but kept my Garmin, which can be moved from car to car as required. Even my 1970 Rover can use it. The only extras I specified on the CX-3 were reverse parking sensors, fitted overmats and the spare wh...

Re: Car cleaning
Just as well that the dealer threw in the paint and interior treatments free of charge to sweeten the deal. They also gave me a large holdall full of car cleaning products which will last me for years. I wash the car myself using rainwater and shampoo. The only time I would use a professional car wa...

Re: Car cleaning
My car had Safegard paint sealant and protector applied by the supplying dealer before I took delivery. Will polish remove this coating? If Safeguard is anything like the Diamonbrite I have on my MX5 polishing is completely unnecessary. Just wash and dry and it sparkles like new. The coating is so ...
