Probably worth trying to reset the Infotainment system. To do this press and hold the Mute, Nav, and Back buttons together for at least 10 seconds.

The ECU will have been remapped to take in the fact the DPF has been gutted and EGR blanked in order for no warning lights to appear and for no DPF regenerations to take place. You could drive a car thru all the holes in Mazda's paintwork guarantee! It seems not to apply to any plastic panels, like bumpers as allegedly you can only use a paint depth gauge on metal panels. Nice get out of jail card!
