Being an old school engineering apprentice toolmaker/fitter, I am not keen on pop rivets as a fixing method especially on thin composite material, much prefer a nut and bolt.....still Mazda know best

Re: Front number plate holder

Perhaps it's meant to be wobbly for pedestrian safety......................Fixing it rigid could be classed as a modification for insurance purposes and perhaps invalidate it? Thank you for pointing out that I am so stupid that I can't tell the difference between something that has been badly fitte...

Re: Rear ended today!!! GRRRR!!!!!

Thanks Mr H, having never been in this situation it's quite strange to look outside and not see the CX-3 sitting there. Something that has allayed my fears of losing my excess (£400) is that I suddenly remembered that I continued the Mazda 'Excess Protection' for up to £500 back in March and found ...

Re: Wiper blades

I highly recommend Denso Hybrid wipers. You can get them from Eurocarparts with 50% off on Wednesday’s and they are original fit on the CX5. They look very similar to the original lobster back design of the original blades. Been a bit of a while since your post anchorman, bit are the Denso blades d...

Re: Unexpected flashers incident.

Have you got a Sport Nav+ with Advanced Keyless function? If so, I presume you've disabled walk-away auto locking, which is why you locked with the door request button (NB. to activate the more secure double- locking you need to press the button twice within 3 seconds). Perhaps something in your po...
