It's something fairly large sliding around under the dash . If you swing the steering from side to side you can hear it moving and banging when it reaches the end of its travel in both directions.

ALC (controls the radio volume )

On several occasions mine has reset itself to "0" and I have to keep putting it back to "5". Anyone else had this happen?

I reckon there's still about 80/100 miles left in the tank after you get the low level warning light. dare you to test that :D I ran 50 miles after the light came on and only filled up with 42 litres...
