Re: Break down :(
Thankfully the rescue guy sent out got me back on the road. He took the gaiter off and the gear selector cable had completely come off the gear lever. The nut that should have held it in place had obviously never been put on properly in the factory, had fallen off completely and was lying on the flo...

Break down :(
So, brand new CX3, 8 days old, 130 miles on the clock. Just returned to the car after work and I have no gears. Shifter is just flapping around and is no longer connected to the gear box it seems.
Not that happy to be honest......

Thanks in advance.

So just a very gentle 'ease it off' procedure then. Thanks for that.

Console trim removal
Anybody know how to remove the faux leather panels on the sides of the centre console, either side of the CD player? I want to fit a small magnetic phone holder by sliding its legs down between the leather and the carbon look plastic bits but it is obstructed so I want to pop the leather off and see...

Re: OS versions
All seems to be working fine now. I ditched the top level 'music' folder, so everything now sits just within individual artist folders. All ripped to MP3 using Windows media player. Album art intact, and it now plays from where it left off rather than going back to the first song alphabetically ever...

Re: OS versions
I'd copied across folders from my iTunes library (iMac) to a 32gb USB stick. Folder structure was music/artist/album. Every time the system started it was reverting back to the first album and song alphabetically. Some albums would come up on the screen but would flick from track to track and then n...

Re: OS versions
Thanks for that. Having a few issues with USB playback, so was wondering if maybe I was a version or so behind what is current.
