Re: Start button sequence + Infotainment use
Re my initial question about returning to 'accessory' mode without having to turn everything off an back on again (ie to keep the Infotainment live), there is a solution, described in the manual as the 'Emergency engine stop'. Re: OS versions
Updated this morning. Took 45 minutes or so, same comments as above - quicker start up, DAB text restored and USB naming correct. One odd thing - it stopped the 'walk away locking' from working until I'd gone into settings, switched it off and switched it on again. No other changes I can see.

Re: OS versions
My 56 version was fine but I lost the DAB text info when I upgraded to 59. Hopefully fixed tomorrow when I run the new upgrade.

Re: OS versions
Recently I noticed the only difference I've seen between 59 and 56 - I no longer get any of the DAB radio station text - presenter, programme, song playing now info etc. All it tells me is the station I'm listening to.
Maybe it's just me....

Re: Start button sequence + Infotainment use
No go - pull up, into neutral, foot off the clutch, handbrake on. One press of the button switches the engine and all systems off including the infotainment. Hmmmmm.....

Re: Start button sequence + Infotainment use
Thanks for the responses. I'm manual and thought I was doing as described above, but maybe I'm keeping the clutch in. Will give it a try tonight whilst concentrating!
