Re: Condensation on windscreen

The moisture inside your car is actually coming from the air con system, overnight moisture inside windscreen at this time of year is not a fault. The AC takes moisture out of the air before it comes out of the vents, the excess moisture then drains to the outside of the car. This is why you someti...

Re: One new car sale lost - Is this now the norm?

I have had to provide my driving licence to be copied prior to a test drive and didn't have a problem with that. Just say you were snapped by a speed camera on the test drive, they need to be able to identify you and the speeding notice may not arrive until a couple of weeks after the test drive.

Re: What irritates you?

Sorry,
That should have read .....instead of "yes".

Another thing that irritates me is when someone is asked a question they begin their reply with "so". That is so irritating and so unnecessary, or should that just be; that is irritating and unnecessary.

Re: Noise!

Has anyone had a test drive in the revised CX-3 that has recently come onto the market? Mazda claim it is now quieter, I just wondered if anyone could verify this, particularly at motorway speeds.

Re: Noise!

Mazda is reported to be dropping the multi-link rear suspension in favour of a torsion beam in an effort to reduce road noise in the next generation CX-3.

Re: Slight over revving

Santa,
I looked at your fuel use on spritmonitor,de and saw that you have tried high octane fuel. Did you notice any improvement in performance? I guess if there was an improvement in fuel consumption it was not enough to justify the additional expense as you reverted to 95 octane.

Re: Brouchure and prices released for the new 2018 CX-3 and also CX-5

I have been looking at the brochure for the revised CX-3 SE-L Nav 2.0 auto as this is the model I am thinking of buying. I see there is a power increase of 1BHP and a torque increase of 2Nm, both figures hardly significant, but disappointingly the fuel consumption is worse than before the update. Ex...

Considering a CX-3 for my next car

I am currently driving a 3 year old Ford Fiesta 1.0 litre Ecoboost Powershift (automatic) that I have owned from new. I am now thinking of changing my car in the autumn or next March. I want a car that is slightly larger than the Fiesta and a bit taller would be good, but I don’t want a full size SU...
