Re: Headlights

I'm not really a fan of leather, but I did consider the AWD. Then I realised that I don't go out if the weathers bad so it really wasn't an issue :D

Re: Headlights

As I understand it fourbanks has a Sport Black, as do I. This is a limited edition that has black full leather seats with electric adjustable drivers seat which is excellent if you share a car, black door mirrors and a gt style rear spoiler. However, I assume in order to keep the cost down, missing...

Re: Upgrade Sport Nav Manual to Sport Nav + Auto

Hi strangways, think I prefer the growl, to me the new sound is less exhaust more of a transmission noise, difficult to describe of course. Unless there is an issue with mine. Or the growl covered up the transmission. I am new to auto boxes not sure what is normal. I will turn down the Bose and hav...

Re: Mazda CX-3 iStop - problem or no problem?

I don't think it impacts on anything apart from reduced running costs and less emissions. It switches off and it switches on, it saves me money (albeit only a small amount) I cannot understand why anybody complains. Maybe they are just grumpy old men with nothing better to do.

Re: Headlights

Dangerous, why ?? My lights turned themselves on and a car pulled out in front of me thinking I was indicating to him. I did manage to stop about 50 mms from his door. The look on his face i will never forget. I have never used the auto function since. I did follow a car last Year and the same thin...

Re: Upgrade Sport Nav Manual to Sport Nav + Auto

Hi Dave, the manual did have a rather unpleasant growl as the revs built up. I wasn't sure whether the exhaust system has been changed on the new models or whether the soundproofing has muted it :D

Re: Newbie saying Hello

Thankyou Strangways. I know what you mean but I have had 7 MX5s from a Mk 1 to the latest(which I consider to be the best yet). Who knows,I might get back in one! For the type of car it is, the CX3 drives and handles so well and the steering and gear change have at least a bit of MX5 about them. Pl...

Re: Newbie saying Hello

Hi AJ and welcome to the forums. Glad you are enjoying the CX-3. I couldn't let go of my MX-5 so I have ended up with both.

Re: CX3 Torsion-Beam Rear Suspension or multilink

I don't think Citroen suspension would fit in with the the Mazda design philosophy of Jinba Ittai. It is that design philosophy that makes Mazda such a great car to drive. WHAT CARS COMMENTS ON THE CITROEN SUSPENSION Citroën has gone soft with the C3, giving its wheels plenty of room to move in the ...
