Re: battery!

I guess mine will be up for renewal soon then :| If you haven't changed it yet, then it's most likely due a new and sooner rather than later ;-) I changed my battery before summer (the car was 5½ years at that time) when it started showing a couple of i-Stop errors (not in the economy app but in th...

Re: NEW E10 UNLEADED PETROL

Re: DAB signal drops out when rear wiper is used

Mine does that as well.
I must admit I haven't done anything about it yet, as I rarely use the rear wiper, but it us a bit annoying.

Thaxted wrote: Sun May 09, 2021 5:13 pm Thank you all. I thought it might be battery related. Can I replace the battery myself or do I need to go to a Mazda dealership?
You can do it yourself and it's very easy.
Just look in the manual, it has very good how-to.

Re: beeps on startup 1 long, 4 short

Mine has always started out (when putting in reverse) with a long beep to indicate the rear parking sensors are active (but never the 4 short beeps), so the long beep ad 4 short beeps aren't necessarily linked.

Re: i-stop not working

As for wear and tear, well i-stop uses mainly combustion to restart the engine with starter assistance for less than a second, so I can't see it being an is...
