Which options are fitted to my car min
Does anyone know how to establish exactly what options are fitted to any car. For example, I expected as my Sport Nav has an Auto position on the headlamp switch that the lights would dip to low beam when a car approaches, HBC but Mazda advise this is only available with the safety pack but this is ...

Poor customer service from Mazda.I hope someone at Mazda UK reads this forum as they need to get their house in order. My problem has been a lack of a welcome pack but two emails and one phone call to Mazda customer services have proved fruitless. Not impressed. Welcome Pack is simply a card with co...

Re: Speed limit warning +0 +5 +10 secs
Brum, those Xedos V6 were lovely. Bet you kinda miss her. Loved the little front nose and the grunt from the engine. It really was a superb car, I owned for 21 years from new and apart from requiring 2 rear brake calipers only routine parts were replaced. I traded it in for a CX3 in March, one of t...

Re: Speed limit warning +0 +5 +10 secs
I agree, the manual is very poor. The greyscale drawings are difficult to interpret. The manual I received with my 2018 CX3 was printed in 2015, awaiting an up to date copy. Criticism of anything to customer services seems to fall on deaf ears.

Re: Just fitted full size spare wheel
As you say the wheel doesn't sit on the boot floor it would not go anywhere even without being bolted down, I just bolted the sub woofer on through the wheel no spacer, its been fine no problems. I also did without the inserts as I preferred to have the additional space around the wheel for a few b...

Re: Just fitted full size spare wheel
Reference to Web site https//accessorybase.mazda.ph-wt.com gives fitting instructions for Spacesaver Spare wheel both with and without the Bose speaker. I neither case is the spacer shown. I would have expected the instructions to say remove and discard the spacer.

Re: Just fitted full size spare wheel
Here is a photo of the spacer cone. The base is 270mm square, the bottom of the cone is 210mm diameter and the top 180mm, it is 50mm high. Spoke to Mazda this morning but all I was told is that they only recommend a space saver wheel and all the parts are supplied in the kit. Didn't seem to understa...

What has your reply got to do with the question? I thought the forum was about helping owners with queries, not for useless comments.

Re: Just fitted full size spare wheel
I have just fitted a full size (18in) spare wheel and inserts. On removing the Bose speaker from the boot I found a plastic spacer underneath, it has a square base with a cylindrical conical top approximately 200mm in diameter and 50mm high there is a mark indicating front on the top. I removed this...

CX3 jack
Will someone please let me know the dimensions of the jack included in the spare wheel kit. I took the jack out of my Mazda Xedos 6 when I traded it in but think it may be too big and don't want to try forcing it in causing damage.
