I've had my CX-3 nearly 5 months and haven't yet had to dip my rear view mirror. Perhaps due to the tailgate glass being tinted?

I have an iPhone 6s running iOS version 9.3 and my Mazda-Connect firmware is version 56.00.230 EU N
I don't use the contact favourites but I've just tested it. I can add a contact to the communication favourites OK, and I turned off/on the ignition and the favourite is still there.

You'll give yourself a headache if you try and work out why Mazda have so many feature variations on the CX-3 across the different markets.
