Re: losing power

I totally agree with Handy Andy, no fuel would block a filter no matter where it was purchased unless it was contaminated during storage. I really wouldn't worry about where to buy your fuel from. Bearing in mind the milage, I would have a chat with the service manager, and maybe suggest having the ...

Re: losing power

I hope you find out the cause, but on a light hearted note can I ask you a question...... The young lady might be ...

Handy Andy, I think you will find it is walnut shells which are crushed and ground into various grades, which are used as the blasting medium.

Re: losing power

As a driving instructor I covered on average 40,000 miles a year and I did that for twenty years using Tesco fuel.

Never had any problems fuel related in all that time, the old chestnut again, it all comes from the same refinery.

Re: How far....

I have also managed 130 but noticed when I restarted later on the gauge had dropped down somewhat, not unusual as I have noticed this on previouse vehicles. The gauge doesn't move but switch of and restart and it shows the true level.

Re: Front parking sensors

Should have said factory systems only operate if you select reverse, then go into first to activate them, yes it did seem odd the way I put it lol. I have a switch to turn them off, I always fire up the engine then switch off the parking sensors, and switch on when i need them, although I appreciate...

Re: Front parking sensors

Hi jtonline, I think you are probably right, and on investigating further it would involve partially removing the front bumper so a dealer job. It is a pity they couldn't be installed to only engage when reverse gear is selected as factory installed units, why doesn't Mazda offer this option on the ...
