Re: The end of the CX3?

It seems that the CX-3 has become a casualty of Mazda's determination to push sales of the CX-30.
I neither know nor care whether they will succeed, and the magazine is now where it belongs, in the recycling bin.

Re: I wish it had..

Properly designed centre arm rests built into the front seats. The after market arm rest looks like an afterthought.
Automatic activation of the rear screen wiper when engaging reverse with the front wipers on. Even my 1998 Rover 400 had that!

Re: What is 2nd service

The second annual service should include renewal of oil, oil filter, brake fluid and cabin air filter.

Re: The end of the CX3?

the term being used by dealers is ' shelved' to help boost cx30 sales... A typical example of a manufacturer trying to sell the customer what they think they should have, rather than what they want. You mean like more interior space, better sound insulation and an improved ride? Not everyone wants ...

Re: The end of the CX3?

It's what's called progress isn't it? 4 year production run is a bit short though isn't it? Yes, if the CX-3 has been the sales success claimed, why withdraw it after only 4 years? As others have pointed out, all Mazda had to do to meet the latest emission regulations was to fit the new Skyactive e...

Re: Expensive!

Does make me wonder whether to just go for the cheapest insurance and rely on 'Mazda First' for any claims?... They sorted us with no quibble - But I wonder if at any time the 'other' insurance company involved have ever refused to pay their (quite possibly) inflated costs? the only way you know if...

Re: Expensive!

I want the best cover, not the cheapest.
My CX-3 is insured with LV through Mazda, so that in the event of a claim I only have to deal with Mazda.
For my classic car insurance I use a specialist broker.

Re: The end of the CX3?

When a model goes out of production, it's secondhand value usually decreases. I see no reason why the CX-3 should be an exception.

Re: New car from outside my dealers own stock. Questions to ask.

To get the colour and specification I wanted, Eden Mazda Taunton had to source mine from elsewhere, but it must have been delivered to them by transporter as their pre-delivery check showed only five miles recorded.
