Re: Navigation system
Not me. Ask a Mazda dealer to update the Operating System to the latest version to see if that helps. You can also check to see if you have the latest maps and/or update by installing Mazda Toolbox - see https://infotainment.mazdahandsfree.com/navigation-updatemymaps?language=en-EU Or install the of...

Re: Automatic Door Lock System
I think the Akari is an Australian model.
UK cars didn't get auto door locking when car reaches a set speed, although the process to enable it is in the Owner's Manual as the vehicles in some markets do have that feature installed.

Re: Should I buy a Mazda CX-3?
I've corrected the typo in the topic title for you ;) I've had a diesel since 2015. (Don't buy a diesel if you only do short trips). The auto gearbox is great. Had air con condenser issue which most early CX-3s had and was fixed under warranty. A noisy folding door mirror that was fixed under warran...

Re: Door mirror fuse
If you slowly twist the knob that folds the mirror, you *may* be able to stop twisting it at a halfway point where the mirror motor stops running, as a temporary measure until you can get a repair done.

Re: Door mirror fuse
There isn't one, you have to disconnect the wiring behind the door card or in the mirror itself.

Re: Terraclean or Walnut Blast
Over on the CX-5 forums the general consensus seems to be that stripping down the intake manifold and walnut blasting is far superior to a Terraclean.

Re: Another day another issue unfortunately!
The ECU uses an algorithm based on various engine operating conditions to determine oil life. I leave the oil changes and resets to my Mazda dealer, however there is a section of the Owner's Manual which explains (for DIY'ers) how to reset the oil data stored in the ECU which must be done after each...

Re: Another day another issue unfortunately!
If the oil life is set to 'Flexible' the ECU will have determined the state of the oil and there isn't an interval to reset. You need to do an oil & filter change and then reset the oil data stored in the ECU.

Re: Call Mazda First???
... My question(s) - Has anyone here used the Call Mazda First for own fault accidents? And were they charged an extra excess from their insurance company because Mazda First were involved, and if so how much? I realise in this instance I'll have to pay the agreed excess to our insurers but wonder ...

Re: Heads up display
From the Settings icon select the 'AD-Disp' tab. One of the options is to turn off the Active Display indication. I think it leaves the combiner screen sticking up though; just doesn't display anything on it when set to Off.
