Re: Concensus on Tyres ?
I have priced up Michelin Cross Climates @ ATS ( online ) They are 142.99 each fully fitted, but they are running a promotion giving £58 discount if buy 4 Michelins, brings the price for 4 to £ 513.96, or 128.49 each. Does that sound reasonable ? Can also claim a free Karcher washer RRP £84, which i...

Re: CX3 Fuel pump recall
I chased up my local dealer about the fuel pump recall - they DO have the pumps now apparently, but are still waiting for "Gaskets" that are also needed for the job.

Re: Concensus on Tyres ?
We also live in a similar rural area as Dogfuzz describes ( although we do head up and down the motorway every so often as well ) so the sidewall strength could be an issue for me as well. The original Bridgestone Turanzas seem to have stood up well to that so far, so i guess thats my dilemma with s...

Ive seen the Michelin Cross Climates mentioned on here before, and that it gives a softer ride than the Turanzas ? I dont actually drive the car and my other half ...

Re: CX3 Fuel pump recall
Checked VIN on Mazda site which confirmed my vehicle is included in the recall.
Spoke to main dealer where it has been serviced, he said it would be March/April time as the CX3 is in the " 2nd phase", think he said that MX5 was in 1st phase...
Job takes 1 to 1.5 hours apparently.

Re: CX3 Fuel pump recall
How were you notified of this recall ?
Would the part and fitting be covered by Mazda even if the vehicle is outside of warranty period ?
Thank you.

Re: 4th service cost
Hi again Julian, I have been right through the owners manual from my wife's CX3 - there is no info regarding engine oil capacity or brake fluid capacity ( if replacing it ) Do you happen to have this data, or point me where to find it ? I was planning to just buy a 5 litre carton of oil, and need to...
