I was in two minds whether to go for an auto or manual. I road tested both.
The problem with the auto was, they only had a brand new car to test, still in it's wrapping. They didn't want to put too many miles on the clock, understandably, so the road test was literally just round the block. Hardly long enough to decide if it was for me or not. Although I liked it I just felt I needed a longer drive before deciding, ideally for the weekend but that wasn't going to happen, so went for the manual.
