I might well check out that Maintenance setting if the light begins to annoy me.
Wrench indicator light
Yeah, mileage shouldn't be a problem then. On mine it warns me within 1,500 km of the next service and I think time wise it would be 30 days prior to next service, but I drive way too much to see the warning because of time.

Mine's in for it's third service today and I've never seen the light.
The first two services were about 1500km after the recommended mileage, and this time I made it just before.

Just checked the instruction manual and the wrench light should light up with 500 km to go or 15 days prior to service (which ever comes first) and show a message in the Maintenance app.

Thanks for that. I did check the Maintenance app settings today and it was showing a service was incorrectly due in 10 day - it is really due at the end of April. So I managed to alter it to 30 days left and the wrench light then disappeared. Will see if it returns in a month's time - and what it is set to when the dealer has carried out the service. In my case, it is time rather than mileage which will dictate the service intervals.

Colin - the light is very small and positioned right at the bottom of the display area, just to the right of the single dial (assuming you have the top range model) and partly hidden by the steering wheel depending on your seating / viewing position. So it can be easily missed in such circumstances.

I'd hope I'd have noticed it - but nothing's guaranteed.st3v3cx-3 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 13, 2017 3:18 pmColin - the light is very small and positioned right at the bottom of the display area, just to the right of the single dial (assuming you have the top range model) and partly hidden by the steering wheel depending on your seating / viewing position. Mine's very much not the top of range - I have the entry level as it has everything that was on my "must have" list as standard. I took a bit of a beating on my previous car (a second hand BMW X3) and purchase price was very much an issue.

I think I drive with my eyes shut, never seen a wrench light come up - just lane warning on foggy/drizzly days.
