MZD Connect Complete failure

Has anyone experience a complete Information failure.

Today I drove to a location and left the car on my return, I found that the radio had not come on, no connection to my phone, No Sat Nav, screen completely frozen. Reversing camera still worked.

I turned off the engine and the display remained on. I restarted the engine and turned off a couple of times and the screen turned off and on restarting the Mazda Logo appeared and the screen rebooted and all appears well now.

I wondered if anyone had experience the same problem. I have had my CX-3 for just over a year and the only problems I have had with the MZD Connect have been sat nav taking and age to load, and the radio not coming on once these have been resolve by system updates, the latest update was carried out month ago at the first service.

Looking forward to any comments as to what might cause this.

I've had something similar, I've had the screen flickering madly and I've had the camera stuck on, even when switched off

Both cured by a reboot, that's holding down mute return and nav for 10 seconds

Coincidentally I'm taking it in tomorrow for the boot strut recall and have asked for a software update

It's the back button next to the mute/volume button

No luck, the system is still playing up.Already had it back in the dealers to try to resolve the problem. What with the air con and this, Well !!!
