Front distance sensors and folding mirrors

Just been quoted nearly £800 for both these items, parts are reasonable, the folding mirrors is 1/2 hour labour but the front sensors apparently need 4 hours labour!! Can anyone recommend a decent independent who might be able to fit these? Thanks.

I do not think it is fair to ask these types of questions when we don't even know what country you are in?
