Recently changed from IPhone 5s to IPhone 6s and now can only get the first few contact numbers to pair with my CX3 . Has anyone any thoughts on resolving this problem ?

On your iPhone go to Settings > Bluetooth
Tap the i at the end of the Mazda entry
Make sure that 'All Contacts' is ticked

OK, so what else have you tried? I have an iPhone 6S so I know it works with the CX-3.

What iOS version is your iPhone? (Mine is on v.10.3.3).

Go to Settings on MZD-Connect and unpair any iPhones listed.
Away from the car, go to Settings > Bluetooth on the iPhone, tap the "i" next to Mazda and then tap "Forget this device".
Power the phone off & back on.
Return to the car, and with the MZD Connect ready, go back into Settings > Bluetooth on the phone and pair with the car again.

Thanks for info but still no luck ! Pairing still seems to stop without completing the list ☹️ My phone pairs perfectly with my husbands car and his phone with my car so no idea what is blocking the process once started .

Make sure iPhone OS is up to date, then take car to a dealer and get them to update the MZD-Connect OS to the latest version under warranty. Then try importing your contacts again.
