Drivers seat lowers on its own

No haven't had it resolved thinking about changing the car all these little things are just annoying . I drive a Toyota Rav4 so might just bite the bullet and buy a Toyota stick to what you know ? You learn by your mistakes would not recommend MAZDA to anyone shame really but for these little things and customer service.
