There is a new version of GraceNote (version 9.00 June 2018) on Mazda's website.

Did the download on to USB and then came up System Not Fully Available when tried to update.

Any idea what i am doing wrong.

I had the same error message, but despite the error, I chose to continue installing.

Much later I realized that it was not an update error, but only a warning that the MZD Connect is not available while updating...
Be patient. It will take a long time to complete!
