Well it seems like these vile counterfeiters have commandeered our forum again but they have been reported to the forum management and the police.

Anyway, as the title suggests, I've been having a quick look round this morning and noticed the coolant is half way between the full and empty marks. Can you guys look where yours is when cold and let me know please?

I'm particularly interested in diesel but you petrol owners should check too.

Do NOT add ordinary coolant to top it up. It must be Mazda FL22.

I will check the coolant level in my new CX-3 when it arrives in about ten days time.

That’s encouraging. Thank you. Maybe they just settle after initial fill.

Any other reports?

OK thanks Gus, well they’re all lower than they should be. They should be bang on that high mark when cold and the void above is for expansion. It will be interesting to see what Bill’s is like brand new.

Still would like to see more if anyone gets a chance.

Hi Anchorman, just checked mine and it looks like Gus's but the car isn't stone cold. I'll take another look in the morning; if I remember!
Checked again and it's about 1 cm below the full mark, I think I can live with that for now.
