Apple's transition to 64-bit technology is now complete. Starting with macOS Catalina, 32-bit apps are no longer compatible with macOS. If you have a 32-bit app, please check with the app developer for a 64-bit version.

If you are using macOS* we would like to inform you that after the latest macOS (Catalina) update of your operation system, the Mazda Toolbox won’t be operational anymore, you need to delete the old version and reinstall the current version of the application.
What do you need to do to use Mazda Toolbox in the future?
Please download and install the MazdaToolbox application from here.

At the first use of Toolbox application on Catalina macOS, allow the application to access files on your data carrier/device by setting it in Security and Privacy Settings.
What will happen if you don’t update to the latest version of the Mazda Toolbox application?
After the OS update Catalina, the Mazda Toolbox application won’t start and you won’t be able to download and install the latest map updates to your navigation device.
If you are using Windows OS on your PC/laptop, please ignore this e-mail.
