Replace rear windscreen wiper rubber

How do I replace my rear windscreen rubber please. The rubber is frayed and failure to replace will negate purpose of wiper and even scratch rear window.I've looked on you-tube and most generic advice looks and feels fiddly.
The vehicle was only recently serviced and I failed to notice on collecting the car that the wiper rubber was noted as an advisory on the service work sheet.
Normally I would pop into dealership, but service area is now closed for the duration and in any case, being over 70 I'm not allowed out unless an emergency, which this is not.
As I see it my options are
1) Order the right rubber part ( or something comparably robust) and get it sent to my home address-hence my question
2) Cut the frayed rubber away, which seems to leave a wee bit of base rubber which should temporarily not scratch
3) Don't use rear wiper-at all .
4) Make a nuisance of myself and ring Mazda Assist -after all-I have paid for it.
Thanks-comments welcome on all aspects.
