Might have been said before but you **MUST** put the space in between the 2 sets of digits otherwise you will run into the troubles stated here...... As I did when first getting the CX3, didn't input the space and couldn't enter the post code.... Until Julian put me right -

Enter the SPACE!

What we are saying is that having put in the first part of the post code it wouldn't let you enter anything including the space.

I'm having the same problem. Can't enter full postcode. Put in the first part and then it predicts the second part. Won't let me put it in manually the keyboard options become blanked out.
How do I update the maps please

Put in the first part, then you must ignore the predicted second part and put in the space, it will then let you enter your own characters for the second part.
For example, watch this YouTube video -

You only get free map updates for three years after the car was first registered, after this time you can pay for a single map update or a 3 year subscription which will entitle you to 6 map updates. You download free software called Mazda Toolbox to your computer and use that to download the map update to the SD Card you remove from the car. Prices, software and How To guides are all here - https://infotainment.mazdahandsfree.com ... uage=en-EU
