does anyone know how the number plate on the front of the car bracket if fixed? the car was sold to me minus the rubber washer that fixes the bracket to the bumper. do I need a new front bumper for this fault ? or is it a simple job just to take the number plate off to get at the bracket and then just remove the bracket to put a new rubber washer in?

the rivet had become loose so my car body dealer de riveted and did it again all now good
