infotainment battery

my infotainment screen is showing low battery in red? how does one replace the battery when the unit doesn't detach itself from the console?

If it's the symbol at top right-hand end of the screen next to the clock, that's the battery status of your connected mobile phone.
The MZD Connect infotainment system doesn't have a battery.
