Hi
I have only had my cx3 3 years. It is now 6 years old. After only 2 months all 4 injectors were replaced by Mazda as it had a fault. Now only 2 and a half years later I have been told all 4 need replacing again! The reason given - low mileage. I am a teacher so obviously have been working mainly from home this last 18months. I can’t afford to have all injectors replaced. Should they really only last this long? Any help greatly appreciated. It’s a diesel automatic.

Is it a Mazda dealer that has diagnosed the problem? In what way have they failed? Has the car got full Mazda service history?
I would of thought mostly short journeys might contribute to injectors failing rather than lack of use.
Poor diesel and lack of fuel filter change at recommended service intervals could also be a cause of failures.
Contact Mazda customer relations team on 03457 484848 and see what they say.
