Why would you need 2 different lengths of towing eye.
My 2018 CX3 came with 2 identical ones (longer type). :?

I don't know. The Owner's Manuals say one short and one long, and that's what I have in the boot of my car.

Hi if you don't require a jack why do they put a jack lever in ?

You use the opposite end to the hook to remove the towing eye covers in the bumper.

As I said, it has more than one use, therefore it's included with vehicles that do & those that don't have a jack.
