White Welcome illumination kit

Hi All,

Has anyone got this?

Ordered this for the new 2.0AWD (along with the illuminated scuff plates) but they're currently unavailable, only the old model footwell lights (red or blue) are available-anyone got any pics?

The kit requires a wiring harness and so wondering whether this can be used to use with the new CX5 puddle lights

I think somebody had it. The loom taps into a door switch I think.

I had the blue led footwell lights fitted, looks really nice

Unfortunately the instructions for accessories don't pop up online so we have to rely on members scanning them after the event. In this case, I don't know if the kit is required or if they are self contained.

Wonder if it will project a bat into the clouds?

In April last year, Greenman posted a link to the installation instructions for the welcome lights kit C851-V7-057 in the first post of the thread here - http://www.cx3forums.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=690. Sheet 29-35 shows the extra wiring harness connects to existing wiring in the boot. The welcome lights will the turn on when the door is opened and go off when the door is closed.

No info on the puddle lights though.
