Presumably the local council didn't notify the changes. If you log on to https://mapcreator.here.com and edit the speed limits on those roads there's more chance that they'll be corrected on the next update.

Toolbox seems to have crashed leaving me with a half done SD Card

Let's face it, the Mazda Sat Nav is a second rate system and will never be as good as a Garmin or TomTom. I have accepted this fact and have my Garmin stuck on the dash next to the Mazda display. Mazda make great cars to drive, but that's where it ends. The ancillaries that they add on to their cars leave a lot to be desired and are just quantity over quality.

It's okay, not great. If I'm using satnav to go somewhere I also have my phone software running as it shows me traffic etc

The satnav is to TomTom .

I don't know what that means BRY.

The CX-3 sat nav software and maps are not from TomTom, unfortunately.

The update appears to include more map detail and better directions, seems to be a big improvement
Just wish the update procedure was easier

Also my opinion is that no inbuilt SatNavs are as good as portable
