We live in the country, can never get the nav to load at home, and the time it takes when driving can be anything up to 20 minutes. Any thought folks?
TIA

Go to the "Settings" part of the Connect screen. Then scroll across the various tabs till you get to the final one called "System". Then scroll down the various options till you get to the "About" one. Clicking on this you should see one called "Version Information" and here it will give you the version installed on your car.
For the UK, the latest version I know about is 59.00.502 EU N which was released in May this year. If yours is older, speak to your dealer and tell them you need the latest version installed as you are having problems with navigation response times.
Hope this solves your problem. Should fix the missing DAB text information which you've also mentioned on another post.

I personally think your Nav is foobarred, take it to the dealer and tell him to sort it, if mine has been in the garage for a week it only takes a minute or two to load and work out where it is
